9.10 open office problem

i use a dark theme, and on 9.04 i added

export OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=kde

to my soffice file in /usr/lib/program
this used kde for open office meaning that open office was not in the dark theme and was therefore usable

i just updated to 9.10 and this no longer works however

does work and open office launches with no theme however i would prefer to launch it with kde

any ideas what might be going wrong
