Download To Hard drive

I think that I am Phrasing my problem incorrectly.

When I boot my computer I get an indication that I have two SATA hard Drives in My ubuntu 9.04 computer. 1 750G and 1 500G. The 750G is my C: drive. I am attempting to load a program onto the 500G drive but I can't access it.

Can anyone tell me how to access that drive?

Any information would be greatly appreciated and I thank you for it in advance.

Are you in Ubuntu (I assume the 500g) or Windows while trying to load the program?

What file system is the 500gb drive ?
What do you mean by "trying to load a program onto it"

Is it mounted in Ubuntu ?
(Usually all you have to do is open in in Places Menu or Nautilus)

Not sure what you mean by what file system is the 500gb in? I am running ubuntu 9.04. My problem is I want to load a windows program to the 500gb drive but I don't know how to do it.

ubuntu is installed on the 750gb drive.

I need windows for taxact because it won't work with ubuntu. I would prefer to have windows on a separate drive but I just can't seem to get to 500gb drive.

Well first off you NEED windows disc's and the product ID for that CD you have.
I would disconnect all other drives wile installing windows. Windows will not see any Ubuntu disks so why even have them connected.
Then put the disk in and boot of the CD and windows should see the drive.
Then activate windows.
You should be back to windows at that time.
