Question [PopOs] can i do customer ..drivers... so to speak?

my sandisk fusion pcie server SSD still isn't the kernel drivers built in linux and so i have to set a driver to compile in to the kernel every time it updates, at least thats my understanding of how it works.

i';m not sure if popos would like that since they have special builds just for nvidia graphics cards, i know those drivers work like that

and while looking for that i reminded of the pita the first go around, if you would like context. https://forum.level1techs.com/t/xubu...-driver/159683

These drives went on fire sale form what i guess were massive data centers and many many many people got some really cheap 3tb SSDs, ....several years ago.
